Does your band want to play at Lily’s?

Lily’s offers an intimate and fun setting for bands looking to break into the Boone market, or fill a slot on a regional or national tour. Lily’s is a 100 capacity room, but we try to approach shows and sound with a professionalism that we would expect when our bands play other places.

How to book your band at Lily’s Snack Bar

1. Email a press packet, with all pertinent information and links to booking@lilyssnackbar.com
2. Include the day/days that you are interested in. 
3. If you know local bands, include that information in your email

After your band is booked at Lily’s

1. Either email or snail mail a flyer for your show to booking@lilyssnackbar.com or 455 Blowing Rock Rd. Boone, NC 28607 — at least two weeks prior to your show.
2. Create a facebook event and instagram post and begin to share about the show at least two weeks before the show. Please tag @lilyssnackbar in all posts, so we can share as well! 
3. Send stage plot/input list to booking@lilyssnackbar.com by the day before your show. 
4. Our talent buyer will advance you in the week leading up to the show, and will be your point of contact to answer any questions. 

Band FAQ

• What is the PA setup at Lily’s?
  
  

  Our equipment includes a PA System and subwoofer, four microphones and stands, a mixer with 4 XLR inputs and 3 ¼ inch inputs. If your band requires any further equipment you must provide it. We strongly encourage drum backlining as our venue has limited space for equipment storage.

• Where do we park our van? 
  
  

  There are eight designated parking spots directly in front of Lily’s that may be used for band parking, if those are full you may pull up by the handicap space in front, and then unload.  All of the campus  parking in surrounding areas is free parking after 7 o'clock

• Are there advanced tickets available for shows?
  
  

  Generally all shows at Lily’s are sold day of, first come, first serve at the door. When we do offer advance tickets for certain shows, that will be mentioned and shared through social media channels.

• Does Lily’s have a designated Merch person or take a percentage of merch sales?
  
  

  No

• What hospitality is offered to bands?
  
  

  Generally bands receive free domestic beer, N/A beverages and half off food. Other provisions are discussed on a case by case basis

• Are shows at Lily’s 21+?
  
  

  All shows and events at Lily’s are 21+ unless otherwise noted.
